Why MAP is Trimming Stake in Aguan’s PANI

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Multi Artha Pratama MAP has been divesting its holdings in PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua or PIK2 (PANI), a property developer associated with tycoon Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan.

This divestment occurred twice, the first one on October 6, 2025, involving 178.23 million shares, and then on October 8, 2025, involving 6.7 million shares for a total of 184.93 million shares.
